Our line cooks are very important members of our kitchen staff. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the chef, establishment, and customer. We want our line cooks to grow and move up in the kitchen to positions with more responsibility. The following duties expected of a line cook: * Station Set Up * Food Prep * Cook * Stock Station * Clean up Line Cook is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job. Prior experience line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member or other part time BOH restaurant jobs highly desirable.

Line Cook Requirements / Responsibilities
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
* At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
* Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and wait staff.
* Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
* Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
* Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications.
