The Country Club is seeking team members to join the Agronomy Department to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our classic, William Flynn design. Job Overview:

• Participate in all daily golf course maintenance tasks including usage of mowing equipment, raking bunkers, string trimmer,
• Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
• Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $14-$19 per hour dependent on experience

Famed golf course architect William Flynn masterfully blended the routing of each golf hole with the natural topography to create a gem that is regarded as one of Flynn’s greatest designs, and consistently ranks as one of the top courses in Ohio. The rich-history of the club also includes hosting national events with the 1935 U.S. Amateur and the 2012 U.S. Women’s Amateur.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
