The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing various duties to repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and complete routine and preventive maintenance tasks at the apartment community.
We are a fix it right the first time, company. We do not eblieve in shortcuts and quick fixes. We are looking for a Maintenance Tech that shares the same philosophy.
