Overview
This position involves managing all day-to-day activities of the headquarters office. Will be responsible for reception, facilities management, office supplies, mail and postal services, etc.
Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and greet visitors
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and package services
- Oversee facilities management including: maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, office equipment, pest control, etc.
- Oversee supply management including all office supplies, food and beverage
- Manage use and maintenance of company vehicle
- Responsible for office opening and closing daily
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in administrative work and 3 years experience in office management or facilities management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and interact with senior management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
