Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, dedicated, and fashion-savvy Bridal Stylist to join our team. As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a crucial role in helping brides find their dream wedding gown while providing exceptional customer service. Your goal is to create an unforgettable and personalized experience for every bride who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist brides and their parties in selecting wedding gowns and accessories
• Provide expert advice on styles, fit, and trends to help brides find their perfect dress
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brides, ensuring a memorable shopping experience
• Schedule and conduct bridal appointments, including fittings and alterations
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the boutique’s appearance and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Keep up-to-date with bridal fashion trends and product knowledge
• Manage client records and appointments with attention to detail
• Uphold The Crystal Bride’s values of exceptional service, care, and trustworthiness

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bridal styling, fashion retail, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for bridal fashion and helping brides feel their best
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, and able to maintain a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
