Job Title: Grants Manager
Report to: Director of Development
FLSA Status: Exempt
Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing corporate, foundation and government grants through their lifecycle. The Grants Manager will assist in overall grant efforts, including identifying opportunities for funding, coordinating and contributing to the writing and completion of grant proposals and reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance with grant regulations, and managing the grant database. This position will assist in the management of the grants administration process and will work closely with internal teams, including the finance, program, and development departments. The Grants Manager will collaborate creatively with colleagues and leadership to identify funding needs and corresponding grant opportunities to sustain funding.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Knowledge of the principles and practices of grant administration. HRSA grant funding opportunities and processes is strongly preferred. Must have experience in grant writing, financial management and data reporting. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, including spreadsheets and databases, is required. Must demonstrate ability to work independently, communicate effectively and persuasively, and maintain excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of FQHC operations and operating principles a plus.
