This position is an hourly role that has the full understanding of all outside operations. This role helps manages individuals and product loading to include quality, quantity, along with other tasks per locations.

Job Description:
- Coach and train personnel to perform duties correctly and safely.
- Communicates with Manager, Grain Originator and Logistics Personal on grain movement.
- Ensure Quality at production level meets or exceeds customer standards.
- Understand and enforces OSHA standards, along with DeLong Company Inc. Policies.
- Continue improving in supervisory skills and job knowledge.
- All equipment is maintained as per DeLong Company recommendations.
- All employees have received and practice proper safety regulations, and company policies.
- All safety documentation is recorded properly and on time.
- Monitors grain conditioning, aeration, grain movement, cleaning operations when needed, dryer operations, task assessments and grain inventories.
- Assisting with day-to-day scheduling of employees to match workload.
- Monthly safety meeting and member of safety committee.
- Monitoring and ensuring minimum overtime of employees, with the understanding that the tasks must be completed.
- Know the facility operations and able to perform the duties of general labors.
- Monitoring daily operations, employee training and effectiveness of employee performance.
- All other duties assigned by management.
