Job Description
The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, is partnered with a nationally recognized organization in their search for a Manager, Platform Services. In this role, you will manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineering, implementation, and support resources to provide technical services to the organization. This position will be mainly remote.
Responsibilities:
- Service Management- lead service strategy, design, operation, and continuous service improvement.
- Manage Engineering teams at level I, II, & III, Principal, Supervisory, contractor, vendor, and other staff in the delivery of platform services, front facing services.
- Participate in the performance management process by setting goals, mentoring, and coaching team members, providing feedback, and conducting reviews.
- Lead implementation and support projects.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with Endpoint engineering:
- Windows
- MAC
- Mobile devices (iPhone and iPad)
- 5 years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and managing Endpoint / platform solutions
- 5 years of experience managing Systems, Networking, and Operation System standards
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role
