Responsibilities:
- Effectively market the property to prospective residents from initial contact to occupancy and while they are residents
- Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents
- Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs
- Evaluate the needs of our customers by customizing the sales presentation to each prospective residents
- Promote positive and "customer-centric" resident relations by working to make the living experience, and every interaction, of the highest quality
Requirements:
- Exceptional sales skills, with the gift to close sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented perspective and follow through capabilities
- Proven experience in a sales or retail environment required
- Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people
- Sales-driven and team-oriented personality
- Excellent communication skills
