Leasing Consultant (Part-time - M,W,F)

Responsibilties:

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Complete lease form or agreement and collect rental deposit
• Responsible for insuring the "model" apartments and target apartments are ready for show
• Awareness of the "curb appeal" of the property
• Responsible for "shopping" competitive properties
• Maintain an on-going resident retention program under direction of the property manager
• Responsible to plan an active role in the renewal process
• responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files
• Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports, and related information
• Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
• Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Responsible for assisting in collection of delinquent retns
• Communicate with maintenance personnel concerning maintenance issues and requests
• Performs other related activities as assigned

Education

High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of experience in related business line (real estate, sales, customer service, etc.)
