What are the responsibilities and job description for the Model Sales Greeter/Receptionist (FT) position at The DePaul Group?
The Reserve at Spring Mill is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Model Sales Office Greeter/Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the design showroom.
- Help conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities.
- Monitor model home appearance for customer presentation standards.
- Ensure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model.
- Demonstrate model home and present community/floorplan features to customers.
- Assist in sales paperwork including adding buyer information into our sales portal.
- Additional clerical duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school degree required.
- At least 1 year of sales and administrative experience.
- Demonstrate customer service and people skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and clerical skills.
- Dedication and high energy to support our sales success.
- Attention to detail.
- Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time.
Schedule:
- Available to work 5 days each week.
- Weekend availability.
- 8-hour shift.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year. (Preferred)
