About the Position
The Dieye Firm, PLLC is seeking a Paralegal to join our team in Pearland, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and a drive to learn new skills. This position will be responsible for assisting clients with their family law matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a paralegal role
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in the legal field, especially family law, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
