Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and maintain engaging campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging your creativity to captivate our diverse audience. In addition to setting up and maintaining campaigns, the role requires actively tracking and analyzing results to refine the overall marketing strategy.
  • Creative Asset Generation: Bring our brand to life with visually stunning and cohesive creative assets that leave a lasting impression. Your knack for design and storytelling will set us apart in a crowded marketplace.
  • Community Engagement Leadership: Be the face of our brand in local communities, leading initiatives to foster meaningful connections and drive foot traffic to our storefront locations. Your charisma and passion for cannabis advocacy will inspire others to join our movement.
  • Brand Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with the brands we carry, identifying strategic opportunities for collaboration and promotion. Your ability to spot emerging trends and forge win-win partnerships will keep us ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of strategic and creative marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in driving results.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills to track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and the ability to disseminate results.
  • Ample experience in managing brand identity and reputation, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
