Overview:
The Drunken Lab is an intimate immersive experience where guests take on the identity of a scientist, conduct science experiments, and compete mind-bending games and have drinks, party.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales management, and the ability to drive operational excellence.
Duties:
- Oversee weekends operations of the events, including sales, customer service, and inventory control
- Manage and motivate a team associates through training development and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety of experience are conducted and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
-Must be able to adopt quickly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or wireless sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory control and sales management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
