Job Description
The Drycleaning Shop in Sharonville , OH is looking for mature retail customer service to join our team. We are located at 11271 Reading Road. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- sorting and tagging clothing coming in and out of facility
- assembling orders for delivery as well as retail for both locations and stage
- incoming and outbound phone calls to other staff as well as customers
- inputting orders into the POS system for sales and billing
- wash, dry and fold wet wash laundry orders
- miscellaneous office admin work
- vendor runs to alterations and occasional runs for expedited orders
- handle all walk in customer traffic in retail store
- keep a clean area
Qualifications
- depenability to be on time and perform work functions daily
- self motivated to get work done with a specific check list , adding things in as they arise
- positive drive and a team work attitude
- attention to detail is a must as this job runs on order numbers
- basic computer knowledge to learn the POS system
- dependable transportation to and from work
