What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietitian position at The Emily Program?

Compensation Range:
- Dietitian: $29.93-$35.50 hourly range
Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.
Schedule:
- Part-time, 20 hours/week
- Monday-Thursday
- Hours: 10am-3pm or 11am-4pm
How Dietitians Empower Recovery
- Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standard
- Provides individualized nutrition therapy to all assigned patients.
- Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Provides group nutrition education as assigned.
- Supports plating and provides active meal coaching/support for clients in Therapeutic Supported Meals as assigned.
- Contributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.
- Provides nutrition specific transition/aftercare planning for all patients including communication with internal and external dietitians to ensure coordination of care.
- Documents all nutrition care in a clear, concise, and professional manner using the EHR, in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian credential required.
- Current license in the state of employment (when a state has licensure for dietitians) required
- ServSafe Food Handler certification required
- Additional food safety certification as required by the state or municipality

- Holidays: Employees not working at a residential or inpatient facility are eligible for 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holidayNon-exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility will receive premium pay at a rate of double time if they are scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
- Employees hired on or after February 20, 2022, will receive premium pay at a rate of time and-a-half if scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
- Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period. Additionally, non-exempt employees are eligible or various shift and weekend differentials.
