- Client Satisfaction: Customer service and establishing relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining client happiness and helping our team in providing our unique students with individualized solutions.
- Business Development: Growing the location through monitoring sales and creating initiatives to capture new business.
- Project Management: Monitoring student progress and ensuring that our Academic Coaches are providing their students with an outstanding experience.
The Director Experience:
- Thorough training, including opportunities to shadow current Directors over a 2 week period.
- Weekly involvement in business development strategy meetings to brainstorm initiatives and troubleshoot any current challenges.
- Incentives for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as half days on Fridays when all KPIs are met during the prior week.
- Monthly professional development opportunities and regularly scheduled social events.
- Local community involvement; creating and maintaining relationships with local schools and organizations to provide opportunities for our students beyond their sessions.
- A supportive office environment that fosters feedback, collaboration, and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with new and prospective clients over the phone and/or in person to walk through our diverse services to help clients determine which services and frequency of sessions is ideal for their student(s).
- Maintaining accountability for overall success and growth of the location.
- Monitoring Test Preparation and Academic Coaching/Executive Functioning hours on a weekly basis and implementing methods to grow these numbers consistently.
- Working collaboratively with the Director of Programs and Academic Coaches to fill summer College Admissions Workshops. Advising Workshop and Long Term College Coaching clients on college admissions strategy.
- Seeking, tracking, and following up on leads with swift, cordial and confident communication; enrolling current clients in multiple services (Academic Coaching subjects, College Admissions, Test Preparation, Executive Functioning).
- Utilizing Google Sheets, monday.com, and Zoho CRM software to track leads, client interactions, and student progress.
- Meeting in-person regularly with existing clients (parents) to foster strong client relationships and ensure individual student success.
- Leading and managing staff of Academic Coaches and holding them accountable for student success.
- Maintaining a creative and solution-oriented approach to establishing new programming to grow the location and further enhance The Enrichery’s reputation for providing invaluable and enriching learning opportunities to students during the school year as well as throughout the summer break.
- Finding opportunities for community partnerships within schools and local organizations to promote our programming.
- Attending and contributing to recurring/weekly meetings, such as leadership meetings.
- Representing The Enrichery at community and school events.
Job Type: Salaried/Full-time
Requirements
- Working hours take place Monday-Friday from 9:30 am-5:30 pm (or 10:00 am-6:00 pm) with occasional evening and weekend obligations.
- Business development and/or community outreach experience preferred.
- Knowledge of local area elementary, middle, and high schools as well as experience with college admissions is preferred but not a requirement.
- Exceptional phone and written communication; ability to resolve client issues and deescalate sensitive situations when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; results-oriented mindset; flexibility and ability to reprioritize and adapt to various demands throughout the day.
- We would prefer someone with a sales background.
