education: High School Experience

Human Resources position with advancement opportunity. Some training is provided to the candidate with exceptional multi-tasking ability and attention to detail. Must have at least two years of work experience in the recruiting process and Media or Training experience is a huge plus. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, basic Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Director with all aspects of recruiting, Training record-keeping and Procedures, and Company media presence.
• Responsible for posting job positions, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process
• Conduct tracking research, analysis and related reporting.
• Maintain documentation in a highly regulated business environment.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews, work with department heads on personnel needs.
• Provides excellent office support services (email, reporting) to internal business partners.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge using Microsoft Office software and applications a must. Familiarity with Paylocity Payroll system a plus.
• Research and provide reports to HR Director as requested.
• Update website, LinkedIn and other social media outlets.
• Assist HR Director with Company Training initiatives.
• Maintain Personnel training matrix and records.
• Work closely with department heads on updating job descriptions, training requirements, succession planning
