Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Littleton, CO for a Sales Ambassador at The EPOC Experience. The Sales Ambassador will foster a positive gym community environment for the patrons of our facility.

Sales Ambassadors are the face of EPOC - we expect excellent customer service, great attitude/disposition, and a shared passion for health and wellness. Ambassadors are expected to hit daily KPI's pertaining to potential new member contacts, current member contacts, and sales specific goals. This includes making daily calls, emails, and social media posts.

Qualifications

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the EPOC concept to any interested clients
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and giving studio tours
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized during downtime
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings and evenings.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
