Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to meet order specifications
- Generate required reports using ERP or MS Excel
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and pricing
- Manage material stock levels as indicated in ERP, with recommendations for adjustments
- Maintain material records and customer order files
- Assist in tracking shipments and provide freight details as per customer requirements
Qualifications :
- Technical interest or background desirable
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service (2 years) including quote generation, order processing, and order follow-up
- Capability to interpret basic drawings / blueprints and familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Collaboration with engineering teams on product details
- Previous experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is advantageous Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks
- Self-driven and can accomplish tasks independently with limited oversight
