What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at The Eye Associates?
RN for Surgery Center
Full-time: 35 to 40 hours per week
No On-Call, Weekends or Holidays
We are seeking a full-time (4 days/week) RN for our surgery center in Sarasota, FL. The RN is cross trained to be competent in all areas of the center, including pre-op, post-op, and circulator. *Overtime may be required. Must be willing to travel to our other Surgery Center if needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, unencumbered Florida state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current BLS/ACLS certification.
- A minimum of two (2) years of medical/surgical experience is preferred.
- Previous ASC experience in ophthalmology is a plus.
- Must enjoy a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
