Position Overview:
As the Office Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our practice. You will lead a team of administrative staff, oversee daily operations, and collaborate closely with our ophthalmologist to maintain excellent patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and guide administrative staff to perform at their best.
• Patient Experience: Ensure patients receive exceptional service from appointment scheduling to check-out.
• Office Operations: Manage daily tasks, including patient intake, insurance verification, billing, inventory management, payroll.
• Compliance: Uphold healthcare regulations and maintain HIPAA compliance throughout all office activities.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges efficiently to maintain smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of ophthalmic terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in medical office software and technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Issaquah, WA 98027 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Issaquah, WA 98027: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
