We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fence Foreman to join our team at The Fence Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation of fencing projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the installation of fencing projects, including wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link fencing.
- Supervise a team of fencing professionals, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
- Review plans and blueprints to ensure that all work is completed to industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly maintained and that safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including labor and materials costs.
- Communicate with other trades and contractors to coordinate work and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience with wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link fencing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
