We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
```Duties```
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check pets in and out of the facility
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding grooming and boarding services and resolve any issues or complaints
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hospitality management or pet industry is preferred
- Bilingual skills (multilingual is a plus) to assist guests
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
