- Proven track record in achieving store and personal goals, and successful in a motivating a team of associates.
- Leads by example to drive results and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Exceeds expectations and serves as Acting Manager when Manager is out of the store.
- Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals and holds team accountable for great selling behaviors.
- Energizes team to achieve sales results.

Qualifications
- Must possess prior retail sales/management.
