Responsibilities:
****PAY IS NEGOTIABLE
- Manage and Oversee 50 Properties
-Building Relationships with Client/Everyone on site
- Take Seasonal Pictures of Your Property in Addition to Documenting Any Major Issues
- Be Knowledgeable in Sprinkler Timers, Landscape Techniques - Make Maps
- Follow Up on Bids/Estimates - Have Great Communication Skills both Verbal and in Writing and Have the Ability to Adjust between Client, Co-Workers, and Foremen/ Laborers
- Oversee Multiple Crews, including Foremen and Laborers
- Follow Labor Laws, Company Policies
Requirements:
- Landscape Knowledge, with Timers, Trimming, and Seasonal Landscape Work
- Experience in Landscape Asset Management
- Proficiency in using Landscape Tools and Equipment
- Knowledge with Basic Office Software, Outlook, some Basic Excel. - Basic knowledge creating bids/invoices **not required but would be helpful - Flexibility with Time Team Build some Evenings and/or Weekends
