```Duties```

- Supervise and manage all aspects of the culinary operations
- Oversee the kitchen staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Develop and maintain high-quality standards for food preparation and presentation
- Create and update menus to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business goals
- Coordinate with the front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services

```Requirements```

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering establishment
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of dietary requirements and ability to accommodate special requests
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred, but not required

Pay: $70,790.00 - $74,363.00 per year
