The Community Education & Resource Coordinator will provide education, group social events and activities to local senior and health organizations that are directly related to the members we serve in our Assisted Living Community (In Virginia Beach) (In Scranton). Looking for a Nurse, Therapist, or LISW who can utilize healthcare background to drive census in our ALF via being the #1 resource to the community we serve and effectively communicate and market our ALF. Previous marketing and sales experience in ALF is helpful. Looking for a self-motivated highly driven person to grow our community census.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a knowledge in Healthcare STRONG preference given to Nurses, Therapies, or LISW with a marketing background or strong desire to sell
- Have clinical knowledge and be able to read referrals, assess patient needs and assist in making clinical acceptance decisions for our ALF
- Must be able to establish relationships within community organizations
- Work to grow market share by increasing conversions from hospitals to our ALF
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to lead speaking engagements and group activities
- Must be highly organized
- Have the ability to work on your own and be independent
- Have the ability to complete and maintain activity and contact tracking reports - CRM
- Solid computer skills
Shifts and Wages:
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Wage: Salary (Starting: $60,000 per year)
