Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing various events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Position is for Friday and Saturday afternoon and evenings June through October.
Responsibilities:
- Assist venue setup, bar staff, and audiovisual equipment
- Provide on-site support during events to handle any issues that may arise
Experience:
- Prior experience in event or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests and clients professionally
- Proficiency in time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of event services and hotel operations is a plus
