The Closing Coordinator is a crucial team member responsible for providing support and working closely with our agents, team members, clients, title companies, and lenders. While a real estate salesperson license is preferred, it is not mandatory. Prior real estate experience is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce, Dotloop, and Skyslope is a plus. This role involves managing emails, phone calls, gathering essential documentation for closings, organizing contract files, monitoring contractual deadlines, liaising with all parties involved in transactions, and overseeing tasks related to closings and new contracts.
