Responsibilities
It takes someone who is responsible, self-motivated, and cooperative to:
- Make sure the facility is cleaned according to health and safety standards.
- Inspect the facility and grounds daily for safety and cleanliness.
- Conduct weekly inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain proper handling of chemicals/hazardous materials.
- Maintain a safe working environment and attend safety awareness training.
- You may also make basic minor repairs and take care of trees, shrubs, and lawns.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Experience in the use of industrial machinery and knowledge of common janitorial practices and procedures used preferred.
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Must possess an active, valid driver's license.
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have resided within the United States or its Territories for three or more years out of the last five.
