Erik Gimbel. Over a decade in the industry and is one of the top producing
agents in the North Shore. Erik is not only a team leader, he is a client! As
an investor in real estate, Erik is always looking for properties to purchase.

and search the market for investment properties.
In addition to his personal investments, Erik runs an Investment Fund
providing his agents even more potential to increase their overall production.

THE What:
In addition to having your team leader as a client you will have opportunities to
work with I-Buyer programs such as Home Partners of America. This provides
our agents additional sources of business to help increase their overall

COMMISSION SPLIT:
- Agent Originated Lead - 80/20
- The Gimbel Group Lead - 80/20
- WE DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING ON TOP OF OUR BROKERAGE FROM
OUR AGENTS!!!!
- If at any time you feel like you don’t want to work our leads anymore, you can
leave our team. No obligation.

THE Where:
Our business is currently in the Chicagoland Area. We are looking for agents
in all parts of Illinois. Most of our education is done virtually, and we can
accommodate all agents throughout the State.
THE How:
You will have weekly in-person training with Erik Gimbel and Nicci Mertens.
- Innovative and current market strategies shared
- Systems Training
- Core skills to develop you as a REALTOR
- Collaborative sessions with Q & A
- Shadowing Opportunities - Learn first hand from agents that are
active in the business and closing deals!
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Previous experience in real estate or other related fields.
- A dedicated Home Office setup
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management
- Ability to work independently
- 2nd Language Proficiency is a plus but not required
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong collaborator / ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong verbal communication
- Detail oriented
- Fast learner / quick study
