Position Description and Responsibilities:
This position is required to closely interact with owners and market specific products for their existing building needs.
- Work directly with building owners, managers, and facility personnel to provide solutions for their mechanical systems
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand market reach
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services
- Develop solutions to customer HVAC needs and understand each customers' specific needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional account management
- Become a solution provider vs. vendor- establish and deepen trust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and direct sales, preferably in HVAC industry
- Superior organization, prioritization, attention to detail and follow-through review skills
- Highly professional oral and written communication skills
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize your workload in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and collaborative team setting
- Strong knowledge of marketing and finance basics
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and build long-term relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Demonstrate consistency between words and actions by maintaining processes that are followed repeatedly and routinely to meet the accountability expectations of managers
- Maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
