Caretaker Job Details:
- Hours – Part-time, 12-14 hours / week
- Pay Range – $16 / hour
- Location – Ramsey, MN - Savannah Oaks Apartments
Job Objective(s):
To keep assigned inside and outside common areas and available units of the property clean, orderly and pleasant. Provide an environmentally safe and clean setting for the residents and guests of the property. Work with Maintenance staff for a variety of different tasks.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Tour entire property (daily) to assess cleaning needs
- Work with Maintenance staff for a variety of tasks
- Clean common hallways, entries, mail box area and other assigned areas
- Vacuum and spot clean common area rugs and carpets; sweep, scrub, mop and wax and polish floors at entries
- Dust, clean and polish woodwork; polish metal work
- Empty waste receptacles
- Wash windows, walls and doors
Working Hours:
Part-time - 12-14 hours / week during regular business hours
