As an Account Executive, you will be able to leverage your natural ability to harness relationships with clients in a diverse and challenging business climate. We are seeking a professional like you to support our clients’ needs by executing strategic sales plans and delivering results. Our customers are manufacturers, regulators, and operators within the Gambling industry. This is a customer service/sales-focused position and a fit for someone who thrives on helping clients solve problems. You will consult directly with clients to identify their needs and provide viable, efficient solutions resulting in high levels of client trust and lasting relationships. This position would focus on fostering and maintaining business relationships with assigned existing and new clients.
This position will build the success of the client services team and ultimately our clients by focusing on the following:
Provide world-class customer service on behalf of the Client Services department.
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the services offered by GLI and articulating the value proposition and benefits to clients, tailoring presentations to address client-specific needs.
“Cultivate, foster, and regularly connect with the current list of North American customers.
Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients by acting as a primary support agent.
Win and grow business by identifying strategic technical and regulatory challenges and offering solutions to achieve financial goals and business objectives.
The ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and negotiate effectively.
Be responsible for sales activities from lead generation through contract signing, and post-service follow-ups for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
Be responsible for recording customer’s lifecycle data through maintenance and utilization of the CRM system. This includes entering, and keeping up to date, all sales “Opportunities” in CRM to drive sales.
Develop and executes strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore ways to expand the client base.
Visit your assigned customers, in person, to establish and build rapport and contacts at multiple levels of their organization, to increase customer satisfaction and on-going sales.
Review of associated North American campaign leads, follow-up requirements and sharing any feedback with internal stakeholders.
Acts as a liaison between cross functional teams in support of sales strategy initiatives
Participate, as assigned, in tradeshows, conferences and roundtables.
Work closely with GLI’s Marketing Team and Global Sales Teams on marketing campaigns and Lead Generation better practices
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Skills:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a previous sales/development role is required.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in the gaming industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Must have experience creating and delivering convincing presentations to senior-level clients.
Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite, i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in collaborative decision-making across technology, sales, and customer teams.
Must be willing to travel up to 30%, including occasionally on short notice.
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays and extended hours beyond the traditional workweek, as needed.
Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Location: This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Las Vegas, NV Office
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: $65K - $80K annually (Range)
Travel: up to 30%
