Consumer Affairs Representative

Salary : $15.95- $23.93

SUMMARY

Northeast Shared Services is looking for an individual to join our team as a Consumer Affairs Representative. This role is responsible for communicating with customers to build lasting relationships and earn long-term loyalty.

Manage incidents from inception to resolution. Escalates more complex issues to the Consumer Affairs Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to customer inquiries
• Resolving product liability issues
• Answering calls from the Bonus Card hotline
• Organizational gift card duties
• Tops Markets website assistance
• Other various customer service related duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word & Excel)
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or business training a plus
• 6-12 months customer service experience, preferably phone experience

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
