Overnight Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Store Manager to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Oversee the nighttime operation of the store, including supervising clerks and ensuring that shelves are stocked and leveled properly.
• Responsible for ordering and receiving warehouse or DSD product and ensuring adequate levels of product inventory are kept on hand at all times.
• Manage the scheduling of all Night Crew Associates and ensure that all tasks are accomplished efficiently and effectively.
• Responsible for evaluating the performance and progress of Store Associates and ensuring that all productivity measures are met.
• Implement and maintain all corporate and state sanitation and pricing procedures.
• Ensure the protection of the company's inventory and assets, and control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer skills.
• High School Degree or equivalent and 3 years of related experience.

• Standing constant 5-8 hours.

• Grasping/finger movement & dexterity-left/right hands constant 5-8 hours.
• Bending constant 5-8 hours.

• Pivoting constant 5-8 hours.
• Squatting/kneeling constant 5-8 hours.
• Pushing/pulling occasional 1-3 hours up to 2400lbs.
• Lifting frequent 3-5 hours up to 50lbs.
• Lifting occasional 1-3 hours up to 75lbs.
