We are hiring immediately for a Full-Time Store Assistant Manager with commission sales experience for our beautiful Tucson Store, conveniently located in the Crossroad Festival Shopping Center, on Grant Road!

Compensation:
$16 / Hourly Commissions Benefits

Benefits:

We Have Fantastic Retail Hours:
9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday; 11am - 5pm Sundays

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store
  • Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals
  • Will be a producing Store Assistant Sales Manager
  • Assist in hiring selections, and onboarding new Sales Associates
  • Continuous training of Sales Associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
  • Participate in monthly P&L review, and understanding of POS systems, cash receipts, and reporting
  • Create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere and lead by example
  • Support Store Manager with system processing, inventory, and chargebacks
  • Responsible for resolving customer service issues
Requirements: 
  • Commission based sales experience- Required 1 year minimum
  • 2 years of experience in retail/sales
  • 1 years of experience managing a team
  • Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Proven customer service skills required
  • Able to multi-task, think creatively and learn quickly
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic to Moderate Computer Literacy
  • Competitive and self-motivated
  • Positive, approachable, and empathetic
  • Willing to work solo or in a team setting
  • Open to learning new things
  • Must Be Dependable, Reliable, And Punctual

Physical activity is required for this position.
Physical need to bend, twist, squat, occasionally climb up and down ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers.
