The Grace Company is seeking to hire a full-time front-end web designer to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about web design, the user experience, and data analysis. This role requires someone who looks at a website holistically on behalf of a customer/business/brand, and can recommend, implement, and define effective strategies. This person is driven to grow, learn, and collaborate with our team to provide innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist and digital marketing team, working together to create a high converting website.
Spearhead monthly site changeover, making changes to site content and the online shop.
Be a champion for user experience on the site.
Analyze traffic and user behavioral data and help create strategy on how to improve customer journey.
Either create or utilize wireframes and implement them on the site utilizing Bootstrap code and best web practices.
Landing page creation for sales and lead gen funnels.

You are passionate about web design and the UX.
You have a working knowledge of the latest web design concepts including HTML 5, CSS, responsive design, CRM creation and use of programs like Unbounce, WordPress, etc.
You value attention to detail and quality.
You are a good communicator and problem solver.
You have the ability to both give and receive feedback effectively.
You are willing to grow and driven to learn.
You are great at solving problems, troubleshooting, creating and implementing solutions
You are detail-oriented and an advocate for good, clean, well-designed webpages.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in web design, digital marketing or related discipline. Or 4 years' experience in web design and conversion rate optimization.
1-2 years of relevant web design or conversion rate optimization experience.
Deep understanding of and production experience with HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of the View Model Controller structure.
Knowledge of Bootstrap framework.
Knowledge of A/B testing practices.
Solid experience with: Adobe CC products (photoshop, illustrator, Indesign and XD), CMS systems (like WordPress), Landing page building (Instapage or Unbounce), how graphic design translates into web design, Google Analytics, site analytics, data analysis.
Must be able to work both independently and in a team
Experience with design thinking methodology, and with Agile development methodology.
