The Greens at Hanover, an independent retirement community, seeks an experienced chef to develop/prepare a daily midday meal for 35 lively, healthy, fully vaccinated seniors. Will work 2 consecutive days each week, alternating weekends with Head Chef.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the Head Chef to construct monthly menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and high quality of the meals; comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards and maintain a high end, immaculate kitchen on a daily basis.
We offer a competitive salary with double-pay for holidays.
