ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Financial Systems Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH. Your role will be critical in supporting the Air Force Financial Systems Office. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Developing and conducting requirement reviews.
- Translating conceptual requirements into functional requirements for developers/project team.
- Performing functional acceptance testing.
- Investigating and performing root-cause analysis to resolve system issues.
- Creating end-user functional system documentation.
- Facilitating organizational change management and implementation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or 4 years’ experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Direct experience with data collection and analysis.
- Experience testing and mapping business processes.
- Understand technical discussions to document, analyze, and solve problems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, work accurately, and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and have the ability to obtain a favorable National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) clearance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Business Analysis such as CCBA, Program Management, or Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification.
- Awareness of Air Force PCS regulations and instruction such as AFI 24-602.
- Familiarity with Air Force Permanent Change of Station (PCS) processing, accounting, and entitlements.
- Awareness of Air Force financial management, appropriations, and budget processes.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
