We do not require office hours; however, we have a physical office in Osterville.

We are looking for a limited number of agents who are:
1. Trainable: agents willing to learn our straightforward and already proven plan that we use to serve home sellers and buyers.
2. Coachable: agents who are willing to attend our group coaching calls to learn how to adjust what they are doing to keep in line with our plan. (various day/night meetings are available to accommodate schedules)
3. Mentorable: agents who will take advantage of reaching out to their personal Griffin mentor to ensure they get the real-time help they need in-the-moment help to complete their transactions.

The problem we are trying to solve is rooted in the harsh reality of the real estate agent business.
According to the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO), more than 3 million people hold active real estate licenses in the United States, and more than 1.5 million of those licensees have joined the National Association of Realtors® to become members and official Realtors®.
Unfortunately, the average Realtor® sells Less Than 3 Properties Per Year, and many thousands more pay MLS dues without selling any. Furthermore, many top-producing agents are drowning in expenses as they chase higher gross commission levels without a plan that keeps them profitable.
