The Bartender is responsible for running the bar while upholding service and quality standards.
Duties
Bartend & provide exceptional customer service to guests within the bar by providing drinks and food orders.
Prepare drinks for our guests and servers in a timely manner.
Maintain a bar area stocked and clean. Display a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Able to know and promote bar items, all food menu items, and any on-going promotions.
Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits. Serve & deliver genuine, exceptional service to our dining guests.
Have enthusiasm and knowledge of our menu offerings, extensive drink menu and any on-going promotion.
Taking accurate orders of food and beverage while giving attentive, revenue-generating suggestions.
Be able to provide a professional and friendly dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Must be able to work various shifts, weekends and holidays. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player attitude.
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Previous experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 1 year serving/bartending experience in a similar food and beverage environment.
Having a sound knowledge of wines and wine service is an asset.
Have excellent bartending skills and knowledge
Display high initiative, be self-motivated, and require minimal supervision. Job Types: Full-time

Waiter
We are looking for an observant, efficient Foodrunner who can work with other staff members to ensure that our customers receive prompt, seamless service.
FoodRunner Duties:
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
- Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
- Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs, if needed.
- Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Learning about menu items and memorizing cocktail recipes.
- Taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing tables, opening tabs, and processing payments especially during peak hours.
- Speaking to customers, answering questions, handling complaints.
- Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process and ensure that delivered items are stored properly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- More experience, education, training, or certifications may be preferred.
- Minimum age to serve alcohol.
- Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and liquors.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.

We are a brand new restaurant and have an open role for hostess. You will greet guests as they enter and show them to their table or waiting area. You will also engage with guests to ensure their meal is as good as it should be. To do well in this role you should be comfortable standing for long periods and managing a very busy shift.
