Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Manage invoices and tax payments
- Perform data entry for financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Utilize accounting software
- Support the accounting team with various tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Experience with 10-key typing and data entry
- Knowledge of tax procedures and regulations
- Familiarity with debits, credits, and basic math skills
- Ability to work with various accounting software applications
- Prior experience in public accounting is a plus
