What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver/ Home Health Aide position at The Helper Bees?

The Helper Bees has an elderly client in Corea, ME who needs a caregiver.
Schedule: 7 days a week 4pm - 7pm (total of 21 hours weekly)
Job Tasks: incontinence care, transfers, bathing, dressing, hair wash, linen changes, meal prep, feeding, encourage eating, turning, fall supervision, cognitive supervision, companionship, heavy housekeeping, errand running, doctor appts, POA would assist on trips. Needs 2 person assistance getting in/out of vehicle, POA is the second assist
Pay Rate: $19.70/hour
