Credit Specialist Admin

We are searching for an Extroverted professional, reliable entry-level credit analyst to join our rapidly-growing team! You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the real estate process by determining our clients’ challenges, affirming our compliance with laws, and working with real estate agents to ensure a successful and timely close.

$10 - $15 hourly

• Update the team on financial data and progress toward a successful close
• Work with real estate agents to make sure they understand what is required for clients to successfully apply for a mortgage loan
• Keep accurate and up-to-date files on each loan applicant during the lending process and ensure due diligence when handling sensitive information
• Review mortgage disclosures to make sure all federal and state lending regulations are followed

• Provide guidance with Credit Building Opportunities to clients looking to obtain a mortgage
• Update Management on financial data and clients' progress toward a successful credit profile
• Public speak to small groups to share how we are helping families increase their credit score

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• 1 years of experience in the mortgage or finance industry
• Superb communication skills, customer service skills, and time management skills
• Excellent at Excel and proficient in basic computer skills

• Valid Real Estate License HIGHLY desired
• Ability to learn quickly and advanced proficiency with computer skills
• Attention to detail with high accuracy in task completion
