Job Title: Analyst Data Privacy

Job Location: Hershey, PA or Remote

This position is open to 100% remote.

Summary:

Assist, support, and respond to Data Subject Access Rights (DSAR) requests that The Hershey Company received. The Hershey Company’s Information Services (IS) department supports these critical operations to support our legal & business partners in driving growth, consumer engagement, and compliance.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor all requests, forms, and ID documents received via OneTrust DSAR system.
• Send out applicable acknowledgements and other responses in a timely manner.
• Liaison with applicable teams and systems to collect and process requests as required.
• Perform any actions required to fulfill personal data requests. Those actions could include but not limited to: deleting data out of enterprise systems, exporting data from multiple systems, communicating with consumers.
• Support the up-to-date documentation of data compliance documentation.
• Ensure a smooth an effective customer experience.
• Provide support to wider compliance team with compliance administrative items as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience working with Data Subject Requests.
• Experience working in a shared services environment.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Computer literate – Microsoft office, especially Excel.
• Operational experience with Adobe Experience Platform, OneTrust, or other applicable systems preferred.

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field strongly preferred.
• OneTrust application certifications strongly preferred.
• CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT certifications preferred.
• Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or other applicable advanced degree preferred.
