Team members work together to ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. They primarily ensure patient satisfaction and greet customers and dispensary staff with a personable smile to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Exemplifying The Hi-Line Company in-store experience
- Educate, Engage & Inspire patients, customers, and dispensary staff as the face of The Hi-Line Company with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
- Ensure The Hi-Line Company brand inside the dispensary reflects The Hi-Line Company merchandising strategy and standards.
- Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.
- Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism.
- Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on The Hi-Line Company products.
- Being onsite for dispensary events and activities
- Engage and identify interest and understand consumer needs and requirements.
- Demonstrate and provide accurate information on promoted products and company services.
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use The Hi-Line Company products
- Complete product training and pass with 90%
- Complete MTCCD approved Budtender training
- Complete and Pass POS training
- Keep up with the schedule on Blitz's, ISA’s and Budtender
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Available to work a maximum of 20 – 40 hours per week; including weekends
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation
- Lift a minimum of 50lbs / stand for extended periods of time
- Available to work weekends
- Ability to obtain MT CCD Agent badge
- Previous industry experience is preferred but not required.
