We are looking for a Client Services Assistant Manager to help manage the team and successfully implement the team goals and projects. The position is based out of our Corporate Center office in Trenton, NJ and will be working with our regulatory clients. Currently, this will be a hybrid position between working at home and in the office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in developing staff to maximize their ability to reach both company and personal goals.
- Provide backup and support to the manager and workload management to other team members.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing daily activities of the team.
- Establish clear communication and workflows between the team and other departments in the company.
- Ensure seamless handoff from Sales to the team.
- Provide account activity status to multiple layers within and outside the company.
Qualifications:
· Some team lead or supervisory experience is needed.
· Experience working with Regulatory Clients is preferred.
· Strong project management skills.
· Effective conflict management skills.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Must be able to prioritize and work with multiple deadlines.
· Associates or bachelor’s degree desired.
