Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort and providing exceptional guest services during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily guest accounts and ensure accuracy
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed
- Manage phone systems and respond to guest inquiries or requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with various front desk duties, including reservations, room assignments, and registration processes
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
